I’ll will be introducing you to Lebanese cuisine and some flavors that are used often. Together, but from the safety of our own kitchens, we'll be making an appetizer that's quick and easy (and vegetarian friendly!): Whipped feta crostini with parsley pine nut salad. Ingredients are listed below so you can pick them up ahead of time!

What You Need:
1. A desktop, laptop, phone with the ability to access Zoom!
2. Strong internet connection!
3. Comfortable clothing!
4. The following ingredients: 12 oz sheep milk feta, 1 garlic clove, 1 Tablespoon plain full-fat greek yogurt, olive oil, 1 baguette, 1 bunch curly leaf parsley, 1/2 cup pine nuts, 1 lemon, salt.

5. All Donations for this class will go toward supporting Cooking For Community (cookingforcommunity.org).
